Andrine Bjoerkedal is an accomplished Provisional Psychologist who enjoys working in a range of diverse settings with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. She has a keen interest in the areas of anxiety, stress, and sports recovery.

Andrine is committed to helping her clients develop effective strategies to address their concerns. She envisages psychology as an opportunity – by exploring an area of concern in life and seeking insight into underlying issues and impacts, Andrine’s clients create the conditions that make change possible. In this way, each session can develop into a positive and uplifting experience. Andrine is committed to helping her clients find new ways to manage life’s challenges, focusing on health and wellbeing.

Each session with Andrine is tailored to meet the clients’ personal therapeutic needs. She incorporates many contemporary models of psychology into her practice, including: Cognitive- Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Process-Oriented Therapy, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Andrine uses an integrated, client-centred approach, and is skilled at helping her clients address various issues. She truly cares about other individual lives and relationships, and believes each person can fulfil their purpose.
