Inge Jones is an accomplished Provisional Psychologist who enjoys working in a range of diverse settings with children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly.
Inge is deeply passionate and committed to fostering positive mental health and well-being for all individuals. With a warm, friendly, and empathetic approach, Inge provides a safe and supportive environment for personal growth. She primarily utilises Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) as the foundation of her therapeutic work, whilst also having an interest in additional methods such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness to best support each client’s unique needs.
Inge enjoys working with people of all ages and backgrounds, and is experienced in helping clients navigate a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, suicidality, trauma, substance use, personality disorders, and neurodiversity.
