Paris is a warm, empathetic and dedicated provisional psychologist who is passionate about supporting people to improve their mental health and wellbeing. She is currently completing a Master of Professional Psychology at Federation University and is committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel valued and understood.
Paris has a particular interest in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety and depression, as well as helping people build their self-confidence, resilience, and healthy coping skills. Drawing on evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Paris is passionate about helping clients recognise their strengths and work towards meaningful change.
She has experience working with children, adolescents, adults and neurodiverse individuals, and enjoys working with people of all different backgrounds and life experiences. Paris has volunteering experience with The Pyjama Foundation (supporting youth in foster care) and the Animal Welfare League of Queensland which has strengthened her appreciation for the importance of connection and community support.
She is also passionate about the therapeutic benefits of animal assisted therapy. Paris has seen firsthand how animals can foster confidence, reduce anxiety and promote nervous system regulation in clients. In addition to this, she is interested in art therapy and values using creative approaches to encourage self-expression and emotional growth.
